| These snug-fitting see-through covers make the skillets easy for things like casseroles, braised meats (I made a small beef brisket very easily with the 10") and foods needing both browning and moist cooking. Unsurprisingly, the handles, which usually stay cool, will get hot during long slow cooking processes. But these covers are excellent, and well worth the money. |

| We were tired of buying cheap pans that didn't cook evenly, food still stuck and the coating would come off. These Calphalon pans, pots, covers are all top quality and work great. They really cook very well. |
